Randstad is currently partnering with a leading Australian property group to recruit a results-driven Revenue & Pricing Analyst for their established Queensland operations. The core purpose of this role is to drive increased revenue and maximise performance across a diverse property portfolio. This autonomous role focuses on daily pricing updates, channel distribution, and tracking market trends to grow market share.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute daily pricing updates and manage rate distribution across primary channels based on occupancy and competitor offerings.
- Track daily booking data, pickup, and wash trends to identify market indicators and proactively manage low-demand periods.
- Manage backend database configurations, ensure strict rate parity across all digital platforms, and audit daily booking entries.
- Monitor competitor market strategies and conduct rolling performance reviews to protect and grow market share.
- Analyse large-scale group booking inquiries for financial viability and assist executive leadership with annual budget-setting.
- Review corporate cancellation and deposit policies while ensuring all transactional operational records are accurately maintained.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in a pricing, revenue, or analytical data role, ideally managing a multi-property or multi-site portfolio.
- High level of professional autonomy with a demonstrated ability to make confident, data-driven pricing and yield decisions.
- Strong technical literacy across property management databases and digital channel distribution networks.
- Advanced MS Excel and analytical skills to track market trends and perform data audits.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with central operations and executive teams.
